It took some time to prepare SeaMonkey 2.53.1 for release. Because of updates with l10n impact we need to manually merge the l10n strings from comm-central and comm-esr60 with our repo base.

(Hoefully) final package. ES-AR and es_ES did miss some strings and cleanups. region.properties adjusted. de switched back to seamonkey.at.
