Offhand, partner repacks are injected in the graphs starting with beta 8. However, based on the analysis we've done in the past quarter on past releases, this shouldn't influence this much the graph end-to-end times.

We should dig deeper to understand why this is taking so long.

Follow-up beta worked like a charm. I suspect we had some underlying infra issues on Wednesday that affected the betas sheduling. Closing for now, will re-open if it occurs again. As expected, private repacks shouldn't influence the speedometere effective with b8.
