<B>Add rules to eliminate time-out:</B>
In checking out the Message Bar pattern (https://design.firefox.com/photon/components/message-bars.html) for FxA Settings redesign, I noticed that in the current FxA Settings site the message times out. I’d like to keep it persistent in the redesign until the user navigates/scrolls away, OR make it dismissable. This is more usable, including for “Success” messages. It also adheres better to WCAG guidelines (https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/#enough-time)

Note that we've eliminated confirmation modals for the redesign, and are relying on the Message Bar for confirmations from credit card added to contact support message sent.

<B>Add rules for two lines</B>
Some of our messages will span two lines, definitely in mobile. Hopefully in DT English this will not be necessary, but I anticipate this for l10n. Request is for any relevant rules for second line of copy.
