Can "tab queuing" cause 0 baseline.duration?

This was brought up today in a meeting with Data Science. It might explain why we're seeing 0-length durations in some baseline pings.

Hey Jeff,
do you know what Tab Queueing is in Fenix and how to trigger it? We suspect it's the cause of some minor data quality issues, but we want to better understand if that's the case :)

Hey Dexter,
I don't think we support tab queuing in Fenix. I believe that is a feature in Fennec to open up new tabs in the background. So I'm not sure if this is the cause of the bug that you're seeing.
