As discussed on IRC, dark theme for webpages most be implemented by the developers of those website. In that case, the team maintaining addons.m.o and support.m.o.
There's a workaround tho. You can edit extensions.webextensions.restrictedDomains and use a webextension like Dark Reader to dynamically generate a dark theme.
Sidenote, it seems like even editing this pref in about:config doesn't work for addons.mozilla.org anymore.

As per IRC this isn't a Firefox bug, instead issues need to be raised for the web developers, https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune for support.mozilla.org and https://github.com/mozilla/addons-frontend for addons.mozilla.org

Unclear what you mean, but it's probably covered by either of these.
