ESR Uplift Approval Request

• If this is not a sec:{high,crit} bug, please state case for ESR consideration: This is needed to turn on automatic betas for Fennec on esr68 as well, the same way we have it for mozilla-beta. This patch needs to land on esr68 and esr68 only.
• User impact if declined: No user impact. This benefits RelMan the most as it skips the GTB every Monday for our Fennec beta releases.
• Fix Landed on Version:
• Risk to taking this patch: Low
• Why is the change risky/not risky? (and alternatives if risky): There is no risk in landing this change. We've currently disabled automatic betas anyway on esr68 in Ship-it so for now the patch is harmless.

Thanks a lot for landing it.
RelEng re-enables automatic betas in Ship-it on Wednesday so next Monday we should have automatic Fennec. Once that happens, we can s/promote/ship in Fennec too. I've added a task for myself and a reminder for touch base next Monday. Until then, we're done here.

No worries, we should be good for next cycle then!
I've amened the scopes to encompass ship actiontes too and removed the promote ones. We should be good to go for the next cycle.
