Click the link "See the Latest Pictures From Mars:...". The dashed outline
displayed on the clicking of a link does not properly surround the individual
lines of text - albeit the outline is not egregiously misaligned.

Interesting; it selects to the top of the lower-case characters, rather than to
the top of the upper-case characters. Confirmed on 1999101208 Mac OS build.

The problem here is that FONT is inside A.  Really, outlines should be selected
by a more complicated algorithm.

This is probably not a selection bug.

radars should now be considered deprecated in favour of keywords.

...because it was assigned (mistakenly) to the "Selection" component, and he
hasn't reassigned it to anyone else.  This is a Layout bug, although rods
implemented outlines originally (I think partly for form controls).

The issue here is the outline style is being applied to the individual lines of
