The site http://www.pien.nl only supports IE4 or higher. When entering the URL,
one is redirected to http://www.pien.nl/html/browserfout.htm and the following
text appaers:

"PIEN wordt het beste ondersteund door Internet Explorer 4.0 of hoger, u
gebruikt een browser die niet ondersteund wordt. Indien U problemen heeft bel de
helpdesk 0900-BELPIEN (0900 - 235 74 36). "

It's a site for Dutch employers for distributing mutations in employee
information to different insurance companies and social security services.
