Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open web page in new tab
    e.g. https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/2019/12/2019-12-19-09-50-06-mozilla-central/
  2. Try save a link with click a link
    e.g. Left mouse click on firefox-73.0a1.en-US.linux-i686.tar.bz2 link

Actual results:
The tab loading indicator will rotate continuously until the download is complete

Expected results:
The site favicon should display instead of the tab loading indicator
