If you open testcase.html, in Firefox the top <rect> has mix-blend-mode:lighten and a mask, but it displayed at the wrong size.

The bottom one doesn't show up at all. See the screenshot comparing with Chrome for expected behavior.

Are you sure it was fixed by that change and not another one? I wouldn't expect that change to impact non-printing.

You're right it's because my Mac switched to web render recently because of bug 1646842
