In Bug 1574297 we updated "How it works" line in New Tab to "What's Pocket?"

Legal would like this changed to either:
"What's this" or "How it works."

Fabio to confirm desired language after approving with Legal.

No rush on fixing this (no need to rush and get this uplifted into 72). If we can land it in Nightly 73, then great. If not, we can tackle in Fx 74 and talk if it's worth uplifting into 73.

Fabio - can you confirm desired language here after approving with Legal? Thanks!

@Jess - Yeah, that should be do-able!

Gavin can you make sure reads:

Learn more

^The difference here is the lowercase M. It's super minor, but keeps this within new brand guidelines.

@Jess is Learn more (lowercase m) acceptable?

lowercase m is good! Please proceed with Learn more Thanks all!
