User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:71.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/71.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Set Firefox to Dark theme
- Close Firefox
- Open Firefox
The problem resolves itself when I do the following
- Open Themes under Add-ons
- Set default theme
- Set dark theme
Actual results:
The following elements in Firefox UI are colored black instead of white
- Bookmark bar text
- Tab title text
- Back, forward, refresh, library icons
- Overflow menu icon, downloads icon, hamburger menu icon
The following elements in Firefox UI are colored white instead of black - Background color of back button
- Background color of every tab except the current tab
Expected results:
The opposite of the above, all Firefox UI should have black/dark backgrounds and white text.

I could not reproduce this issue using the latest Nightly 73.0a1 or Firefox 71 on Ubuntu 18.04 x 64.
Coolshanth94, does this happen if you log in into a new profile ??
You can use the steps here to create a new profile and log in again:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
Also, you might try this issue on our latest Nightly build and check if the same issue occurs there as well.
You can find the build here:
https://nightly.mozilla.org/
Thanks!
