Steps to reproduce:

My system is weak and I have endured Firefox for many years despite its weaknesses compared to Chrome. a few hours ago I decided to abandon Firefox and did so. But now I regretted it for reasons. and i come back.
My English is not good and I try to explain all the problems with GoogleTranslate. so please make a file for each problem yourself. Thanks.

Actual results:

The performance of pages renders is better than before but scrolling is poor and bad. And is slow in some cases like liking in Facebook.
The loading is not smart, like I use the "Checker Plus for GMail" extension, and there are a lot of unread emails when I click on the icon it locks until full load when scrolling the panel, but not in Chrome and The content is cleverly added.
When "gfx.webrender.all" is enabled in the new tab page if I hover mouse over an item, the top right circle is dotted for a few moments and then corrected.

There is a serious problem with processing PDFs. 1.text quality is not good like Edge. and 2. a serous bug about this file:

Please test this file. loading the first-page background takes 20 seconds for me. whiles it is a light background. the noted pdf file has a background that has written "www.eft.ir" . Firefox scrambles for loading this background for 20 seconds in the first page and about 3 seconds for next loading pages. Please fix it.

Texts quality is not as good as Edge. as well as edge. in Edge texts have more quality and are more soft.

Where should I report about the bug where the icon on the corner of the image appears as a moment of blurring? This happens when the webrender is enabled, but if run Firefox in safemode (Extensions to be disabled) this bug will be fixed.

There is also another bug when webrender is active, which I find difficult to explain in English.
