The Thunderbird nightly cron job consistently fails, with insufficient scopes. Example: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#/jobs?job_id=282385944&repo=comm-central&lineNumber=964
The latest successful nightly was 2019-12-16, which makes me suspect bug 1596177 or the "no bug" changes that landed shortly after it. But I'm no expert, don't take my word for it.

Bug 1604749. But maybe this is the right component.

What's odd is that it's not all of the cron tasks. Periodic File Updates (blocklist.xml) runs fine.

Either one of those sounds possible. Most of the in-tree machinery should be specifying a priority, though. The only difference I see between this one and bug 1604749 is that this is "nightly" while the other is "daily". So perhaps a dupe?
At any rate, this isn't something the TC team can address.

Thanks Dustin. Yes this is a dup. Nightly/Daily are sort of interchangeable terms for Thunderbird.
