From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98; Q312461; .NET CLR 1.0.3705) BuildID: 2002053012 The net administrator block almost every ports of firewall, except by: http (80), pop3(110), smtp(25), ftp(21) because many people were downloading music and the internte speed was low. After that both Mozilla and Netscape users were unable to access Internet because Mozilla always show this message: "The connection was refused when attempting to contact ww.mozilla.org". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Close all the ports of the firewal except by "http(80), pop3(110), smtp(25), ftp(21)" 2. 3. Actual Results: I was unable to connect to Internet Expected Results: Connect to Internet like MS Internet Explorer
