Steps to reproduce:

Just scrolling my feed on social network(Russian social network called "VKontakte"), or on another site sometimes(Russian car social network called "Drive2")

Actual results:

Interface sometimes gets broken and after do some actions like moving cursor to tab to call interface refresh it's get ok

Expected results:

Just nothing

Cherbet, to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause, can you please try to reproduce this using Firefox with a clean profile (https://goo.gl/AWo6h8), maybe even safe mode (https://goo.gl/AR5o9d)?
