1606000 - Specific popup dropdown on Yandex.ru is transparent

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open URL:
   https://yandex.ru/search/?text=firefox%20popup%20transparency%20problem&lr=213
2. Click mouse on the green down_arrow

Actual results:

Opened popup info will be partial transparent (check attachment image).

Expected results:

Opened popup info has to be solid, no transparency at all (check attachment image).

You have to mouse hover to any icon with skill description.

Hi Denis,

I was able to reproduce the issue using Firefox 73.0a1 and Firefox 71.0 on the website from Comment 1 but not on yandex

I'm setting a component in order to involve the development team in reviewing this issue.
If this does not seem like the most suitable component, please feel free to set it to a more suitable one.

Transparency on yandex.ru is fixed in FF 72.0.
The problem is only with popups on the site:
http://www.swtor.com/holonet/classes/jedi-knight/guardian

The thing is that as I've said in Comment 2 I wasn't able to reproduce this on yandex.ru, however, on http://www.swtor.com/holonet/classes/jedi-knight/guardian the issue still occurs.

Denis, could you try to use mozregression in order to find out what fixed the issue on yandex between FF 71 and FF 72?

I think, that the problem on the url:
http://www.swtor.com/holonet/classes/jedi-knight/guardian
It is not the FF problem.
If you check the file css_d95ddf8778ce027709e0d2ec995ed4cc.css
So we see that there are some incorrect symbols there:

.node-type-holonet #tooltip .body{background:url(http://cdn-www.swtor.com/sites/all/files/en/gamesystems/advanced_classes/ie_tipTile.png) repeat-y\0;

IE skips this error, but FF stops and does not display that background.

Should I close this bug as duplicated 1600141?
