When I was submitting commit for bug 1134069, each time it takes 2min or more to do the update, which feels too slow :/

I don't have data but it feels slower now than it did before... It used to be slow but bearable, but now submitting just a few patches often has me waiting minutes too.

It seems that sometimes it's not too bad (like ~40s), sometimes it's too slow. I have no idea what happens...

Hmm, interesting. I'm having issues reproducing this locally: it takes roughly ~15 seconds to send a single mozilla-central commit (slow, but not on the magnitude that you're experiencing).

Can you provide some more details about your VCS situation?

  • What OS are you using?
  • Are you using git-cinnabar to interact with the repositories?
  • this differential is the one that took ~2 minutes, right?

Thanks for the report :)

I'm using Linux, specifically Ubuntu 19.10, and I'm using hg, not git. and yeah that one.

(In reply to Piotr Zalewa [:zalun] from comment #5)

Please upload the log file (or just a part of it).
~/.mozbuild/moz-phab/moz-phab.log

Recently it seems to be reasonably fast. I'll upload the log file if I hit this again.
