Can you access other pages ? Do you use a proxy ? Do you use NS6.x on your system ? Have you tried to clear the disk cache ? -> b-g and no blocker

WFM Linux 2002072804 Try a newer build than 7-21. Try pinging the site or telnetting into port 80.
using moz1.1b (which is 2002072104) on winme. wfm. reporter, try running a ping or a tracert to www.vintagebank.com; you may not have connectivity from your location.
It won't load on my ECN-enabled machine, but loads very quickly on another machine (same network) with ECN disabled. Probably not your problem, though, since you're using Windows XP. ECN = Explicit Congestion Notification, RFC 3168.
