Overview: Create an IMAP/POP or News account.
Actual Results: The Congratulations dialog list the field labels but is missing
the data that I entered (i.e. qatest33, nsmail-1, IMAP etc...)

Stephen, is that correct for your MacX results?
yep. OS X 10.1.5 is fine on my system, but not OS 9.2.2
