Several telemetry measurements about migration will expire on 2020-01-06 in Nightly when the version number gets increased to 74. There are also several probes which expired in version 65.

Data renewal review request

Oh, and we added some of this in bug 1279501 but the data-review conversation is lost in time due to the demise of reviewboard, so that's no help...

I'm renewing the ones that expired in 74, and also the bookmark/history quantity and timing probes, because I expect they'll be more relevant again to check if the new chromium edge thing is behaving.
