User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:71.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/71.0
Steps to reproduce:
First, make sure Firefox is not running on the mac.
Then open Finder, select a PDF file, and "right click" it to "Open with..." and select Firefox.
Actual results:
When the window with the PDF appears, the menu bar appears to contain only the "Firefox" entry, no "File" or "Edit" or ... but if you go over it with the mouse, you see that the items are there, but empty.
Expected results:
The menu bar entries should be the standard ones: "Firefox, File, Edit, View,...".
