Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://omronhealthcare.com/products/body-composition-monitor-and-scale-with-bluetooth-connectivity-bcm500/
2. Observe the images.

Expected result:
Images load.

Actual result:
Images do not load.

Note:

1. The issue is not reproducible with ETP - Standard enabled.

This is another case of Digital River storefront assets being blocked, and whitelisting the resources fixes it like in bug 1483201 comment 5.

The issue is still reproducible, with ETP - Strict enabled images are not shown.
