Visit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ebTiBTfMkHU&list=RDebTiBTfMkHU&start_radio=1 on Firefox 71.0 (64-bit), and Firefox Nightly 73.0a1 (2019-12-30) (64-bit) and Firefox Developer 72.0b11 (64-bit).

Audio and video stutters.
Expected results:
Audio and video doesn't stutter.

The stuttering of audio and video only occurs on Firefox Nightly and Firefox Developer, not Firefox 71.0 itself .

Nevermind. Close this.
Apparently, there were too many background things running.
Changing the key to a value of 25 fixed it after rebooting.
