Environment:
Browser / Version: Firefox Preview Nightly 191231 (🦎: 73.0a1-20191230095036)
Operating System: Huawei P20 Lite (Android 8.0.0) - 1080 x 2280 pixels, 19:9 ratio (~432 ppi density)
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to https://www.tvl.be/nieuws/nieuwe-regels-rond-vuurwerk-nefast-voor-verkopers-90664
- Tap to play the video.
- Observe behavior.
Expected result:
The video plays.
Actual result:
Video doesn't play.
Note:
- The issue is not reproducible with ETP - Standard enabled (a few seconds delay).

The video is now playing fine for me in strict mode, so this seems to have been fixed.
