Above mentioned page still recommends IRC communication on irc://irc.mozilla.org/#seamonkey
But as you can see in the Wiki - SeaMonkey/StatusMeetings/ the used IRC channel now is irc://chat.freenode.net/seamonkey. So the Webpage should be adapted, may be with a hint that that IRC channel on irc.mozilla.org still will be monitored until the server will be switched off.
