We are seeing this issue again in the latest release (68.3.0). Samsung devices are the top of the list. There is both bad behavior reported as well as an anomaly which occurred on 12/24.

Stefan - Since we seem to be seeing this on and off and Petru indicated it was something new to 68, is there someone who could investigate further?

@Petru, is something actionable from QA here? We did some exploratory testing based on bug 1571781 comments with 2 Samsung devices: Note 8 and Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 but we couldn't reproduce the issue.

ANR's should have been possible to reproduce but I also don't know atm the exact STRs for this.
We'll investigate to see what exactly this issue is about, STRs and possibile solutions.

Let's re-evaluate if this gets back in the top 10. Right now it isn't.
