1606498 - Session restore gives wrong message if Restore previous session is off

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:73.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/73.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure “Restore previous session” is turned OFF in preferences

2. Wait for Firefox to crash, or simulate it by, e.g., killing it will SIGKILL

3. Relaunch Firefox

Actual results:

Firefox displays the following message:

WINDOW TITLE: Sorry. We’re having trouble getting your pages back.

We are having trouble restoring your last browsing session. Select Restore Session to try again.

Still not able to restore your session? Sometimes a tab is causing the issue. View previous tabs, remove the checkmark from the tabs you don’t need to recover, and then restore.

Expected results:

Since the user has Restore previous session turned off, the displayed message makes no sense. Suggested rewording:

WINDOW TITLE: We’ve not tried getting your pages back yet because you said you don’t want this to happen.

We know you said you don’t want sessions restored, but if you want to restore your previous browsing session anyway, select Restore Session.

If you tried but were not able to restore your session, sometimes a tab is causing the issue. View previous tabs, remove the checkmark from the tabs you don’t need to recover, and then restore.
