bug 1242912 is batch-inserting non-pinned, non-selected tabs.

Because of the mechanics of pinned tabs in terms of positioning etc., doing this for pinned tabs is messy, and as an initial fix, we're only batch-inserting the unpinned tabs.

In this bug, hopefully we can figure out if it's worth adding some more specific code for pinned tabs.

Due to bug 1242912, pinned tabs order are now reversed every time Nightly is restarted/session is restored.
Will this bug cover the issue or should I file a new bug? Thanks.
