In Bug 1594162 we discussed that about: pages won't restore when we don't have a correct triggering principal.

We should use this bug to consider if we should make carve outs for safe to restore pages that don't have a prinicpal.

We could also choose to remove loads that won't work from session history as the blank tab experience is worse than it not being restored imo.

Severity: normal → S3

4 years later, I guess we're not fixing this at this point.
