gecko-t-win10-64-ref-hw acer-008 runs very slowly

Bug 1589796 collects reports of task failures due to task timeouts. Some recent failures there are on gecko-t-win10-64-ref-hw, and of those, more than half are on one specific machine-id/worker-id, "acer-008". These tasks appear to be running normally, but slowly -- they time out after taking 2x longer than they normally would to complete.
Can we try rebooting, re-imaging, or quarantining acer-008?

I no longer see a strong correlation of failures with acer-008. I don't know if any action was taken to resolve this.
