Details

A 100% width table with just a single col before the first tr and no colgroup
renders the table with the third column taking all spare space.  I'd expect
all three columns to have equal space and the table to take up the screen width.

links and M$ IE do this.  The 4.01 spec. suggests it to my reading.  Hixie
listened and said `raise a bug report'.
