Several pushes across trees didn't show up on hg.mozilla.org but could be pulled with mercurial from the command line, e.g. https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/rev/a62e660fce7fd4e8f70aec3cf99e3c14d36a07c6

They eventually shows up ~30 minutes later when #vcs on Slack got error messages from Kapacitor:
[hgweb-priv-uw2-a-1] vcsreplicator-heads partition 0 is CRITICAL: lagging by 321 messages.

This also caused the Japanese Nightly build to be busted because the locale repository contained a recent commit which was missing the push metadata pushdata.
