With Chris Pearce no longer on the media team we should remove his email form the alert emails on telemetry. This will help avoid confusion over if probes are being watched on not. While doing so we can further check to make sure there aren't any other dead emails.

Remove cpearce's email from telemetry to avoid the risk of people thinking
telemetry is being monitored by more people than it is. Much of this telemetry
is expired, and I'm assessing if we can just remove it, but will do so in other
bugs.

Bug 1652108 should remove the remaining emails after this lands.
