Basic information

What: Run visual metrics page load tests on reference hardware against a set of websites that use rel=preload to preload one or more resources.

Why: To better understand how implementing rel=preload will impact mobile users

Here is a small set of sites that use rel=preload to supplement the subset of tp6m sites.

Just a note that rel=preload is planned to be enabled early-beta-and-earlier next week (May 25). There has been a perf review request planned as part of the project, scheduled for ~june 20th.
