User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:71.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/71.0

Steps to reproduce:

Well, ran current?

Actual results:

So, about a year ago,, I could say, "Never list this page again." Now I can't. It such PIA. I have shortcut files for a Ubuntu Live CD I setup, and this is one of, like, three apps I update (obvious reasons.) Anyhow, I could run this for multiple days...for totally not illegal reasons...but more importantly is the inability to edit top sites. It may be a small one off thing for me, but I suspect I'm not alone. I goto tvpassports and I get the, "What city are you in," page instead of the tvlistings page. I tried to fix this in the old way, and by typing it, but the default is still the ONE TIME USE page. I swear...I mean literally, I say things about the Satan and pussy (my "Finland" friends know what I mean.) Manage doesn't actually let me block this page over the one I VISIT WAY MORE. Fissit.

Expected results:

...
Manage Section
[INSERT "TOP SITES" SPECIFIC SECTION THAT INVOLVES AN, "Include this, block that, only these, component, and not a generic, "Crap on the tab," function.]

I'm calling it an enhancement, but we all know the phrasing suggests a defect. I don't click the "..." for, "Edit the whole F**king page," option.

Unfortunately this report is not very useful because it does not describe the problem well. If you have time and can still reproduce the problem, please read https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/QA/Bug_writing_guidelines and add a more useful description to this report, by providing 1) clear steps to reproduce, as an ordered list of steps, 2) expected outcome, 3) actual outcome. Plus remove your swearing and any unrelated comments.

I apologize. It's the use of the word, "Dismiss," that confused me. I'm going to close this out. I may have done this one intoxicated. I'd say, "Remove," would be a better choice word, but I don't want to worry about minutia.
