1608195 - Rename CreationData Structures

When we started developing this code we didn't have a good set of names for the "GC-Free-Parse-Result", and so a number of these types (now found in Stencil.h) got the name FooCreationData.

At this point we've decided that GC-Free-Parse-Results are called Stencils; so we can start renaming these structures to reflect that naming.

Bug 1653248 will address this for ScopeStencil. The BigInt/RegExp/ObjLiteral structures would benefit from similar rename.
