Similar to bug 1608242, this test is intermittently passing when run on ubuntu1804, opt build and fission.

I propose updating the expected outcome of this test with a [PASS, FAIL].

Looks like web-platform-tests and fission on linux64/opt isn't supported on mozilla-central yet, at least, so this patch does not need to land or the ubuntu1804 migration.
