Per https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2019/10/31/firefox-to-discontinue-sideloaded-extensions/

side-loading extension should have been disabled. But IDM still loads its extension into Firefox on Firefox 74.0a1

Its file location is {IDM installation folder}\idmmzcc3.xpi

The default installation folder is C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager

The changes for this are in bug 1602840, I'm not sure what's up with that bug as it is open but the last comment is about the patches landing in m-c. Anyway, from your screenshot you're using a Nightly build that is nearly 2 weeks old, if this is an issue in a build with the patches from bug 1602840 present, please re-open.
