Don't show Firefox Account name on profile page as it's derived from the local part of the email address and can be personal identifying information

Signing up for SUMO with a Firefox account will use that account's identifier as account name. It's derived from the local part of the email address.
E.g. Firefox Account with first.last@example.com will show 'first.last' as username in the SUMO profile page. Setting a display name doesn't hide it but shows 'display name (first.last)' instead.
The Firefox Account identifier should only be shown to the owner of the account.

Users now have the ability to edit their username. There's also a conversation to have another option to anonymize username during the sign up process. Not sure what's the status on that, though.

I believe that this was already fixed in https://github.com/mozilla/sumo/issues/75
Users can set a display name and the display name will no longer show the account's identifier (it will show the account's identifier only if the display name duplicates another users display name. Then we are going to show the chosen display name and the account identifier).
I'm closing this ticket. Please let me know if I've missed something.
