support dnd of attachments out of compose window

for example, say I'm composing a message and I attach a file.
I should be able to click and drag that attachment from the compose window to my
desktop, or to my trash can on my desktop.

this action would be a "move", removing the attachment from my message.

(dnd to trash is like a delete.)

sorry for the spam.  making bugzilla reflect reality as I'm not working on these bugs.  filter on FOOBARCHEESE to remove these in bulk.
