TREE CLOSURE: Pushes don't show up on trees.

We've been notified via irc that some pushes on try don't show up.
Tested with a push @try (just build, no other changesets applied) and nothing showed up.

Currently none of them show any results on the push itself or any changes.
Nothing shows up as failed https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/hooks/hg-push/try , just the last successfully fired attempt.
Issue is affecting integration trees as well, the merge to m-c is not showing up.
Could be related to Bug 1607184? There aren't any alerts on #vcs since ~1day ago.

That pushlog link is empty. The last push I see to try is 5 hours ago per https://hg.mozilla.org/try/pushloghtml. So maybe this is a vcs thing?
