Steps to reproduce:
I tried to play videos on Youtube after Firefox updated to version 72.
Actual results:
Almost all videos do not play, except for streams. Message "An error occurred. Please try again later. Playback ID ...." appears.
This bug reporduces when I try to play videos in a new profile.
Other bowsers or earlier versions of Firefox play all Youtube videos without problems on my PC.
Expected results:

Hi,
I am not able to replicate the issue. I've tried on: Windows 10 pro, MacOS 10.14.5 and Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
On the following versions:
Release 72.0.1 (64-bit) (I downloaded 71.0 (64-bit) first, and then accepted the upgrade, restarted firefox and access several youtube videos which started playing without issues, I even accessed the link you provided https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMn-V4B74HU, please see the attachment for more details.)
Please test if the issue occurs to you in safe mode (add-ons disabled). Here is a link that can help you do that:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
I will move this over to a component so developers can take a look over it. If is not the correct component please feel free to change it to an appropriate one.
Thanks for the report.
Best regards, Clara.

Dear Clara,
This issue happens in the safe mode, too. I have checked the debugger console (see attached) - it seems that the video cannot be decoded. It cannot be the hardware issue as all videos play through other browsers (Chrome and Internet Explorer) and versions of Firefox. Moreover, I have never changed any advanced settings in Firefox.
Best regards,
Maxim

If you set media.rdd-process.enabled in about:config to false and restart, do things play now?

Yes. I did both things you recommended and videos play now. Thank you!
