Historically we have run android-hw mochitest-media per-commit on pgo and debug -- not opt, except on try. After bug 1607961, android-hw mochitest-media is running per-commit on pgo, opt, and debug. We should discontinue opt.

This was regressed by the change from arm7 to aarch64 builds; easily corrected.
