Steps to reproduce:

1. https://manganelo.com/chapter/kingdom/chapter_628
2. Scroll to the end of the page.

Expected Behavior:
The facebook comments are loaded.

Actual Behavior:
Only the Facebook Comments header is loaded, but the comments themselves, are not.

Notes:

1. Screenshot attached.
2. Disabling the ETP or switching to Standard ETP, fixes the issue.

The same technique I described in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1492100#c5 works here as well, with the only difference being that the URL for the Facebook SDK they are loading is https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js

The issue still occurs on my side, with ETP - Strict Facebook comments are not shown.

If embedded Facebook contents require cookies from twitter.com (third party cookie) to embed contents, this is the right behavior.
