Hey Artem,
The sidebar can be opened by pressing "Ctrl-b" to open up the bookmarks view of the sidebar.
The thing that you're translating is the dropdown selector at the top that says "Bookmarks". See the image I just attached.
Switch it between the three built-in states - "Bookmarks", "History", "Synced Tabs". The selector text is what you're translating (not the contents of the sidebar).
