Steps to reproduce:

I sent myself a plain-text message with an HTML attachment.
I have checked: View/Display Attachments Inline.

Actual results:

Thunderbird 60.9.1 displayed attachment inline as expected.
Thunderbird 68.4.1 did not display attachment inline.

Expected results:

Thunderbird 68.4.1 should display the attachment inline the way Thunderbird 60.9.1 did.
