Steps to reproduce:

go to any website like google.com
go to responsive design mode
and click on toggle split console
the go to other website for example instagram.com
then only logo change and title name

Actual results:

doesnt load anything.

Expected results:

should be load website which i want to open

Firefox 60 is no longer supported. Can you reproduce the problem on a more recent, supported version of Firefox or Nightly? (I can't)
