can not move local folders tab

Actual results:

After update my Local folders tab was moved to the bottom of the folders instead of being at the top.

Expected results:

Should not have moved from previous versions from top to bottom.

Native Thunderbird doesn't support this. Sounds like a sort folder addon not working. Perhaps it needs an update or a thunderbird restart.

Ok then why did it move? I have had Thunderbird for at least 10 years and it has always been on top until the last update?
