160983 - (DeleteItems) Root bug for item deletion problems in History and Download Manager

I see many bugs regarding the mentioned problems, but all of them get duped down
to a bug well in the past, marked FIXED. But the problems are still there, even
in the current 2002080404, so I put up this bug to serve as dupe tree root for
recently discovered ones.

Wesha, at least for the history, the root cause seems to be similar to bug
153828, i.e. the maximized state of the history window. To reproduce :
1. Open History window.
2. Maximize it.
Now you can't delete history entries (context menu "delete" is shown disabled).
Workaround is to revert to the non-maximized state, then close history window
and re-opening it to verify that deletion works as expected.

Removing bryner from the cc list (sorry for spamming): it turned out that I was
using an build. without the fix for bug 153828. Now (2002081304) the issue I
reported above simply doesn't exist. History window maximized state no longer
disables delete command.

It seems to be fixed by new download manager.

If this bug is still relevant, please reopen it and move it into a bugzilla component related to the work
being tracked. The Core: Tracking component will no longer be used.
